Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch, including a note stating the reason for the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-Made Products

Customer Responsibility: For custom-built automotive parts, body kits, custom garments, and specialized items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.

Non-Refundable: Yugen Factory is not responsible for products manufactured strictly according to customer-provided specifications if those specifications prove incorrect. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective in manufacturing.
Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following proper installation instructions.

Yugen Factory is not liable for items modified, drilled, test-fitted incorrectly, painted, scratched, or altered during installation. Modified or improperly handled items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend retaining proof of postage, as Yugen Factory cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Replacements
