Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch, including a note stating the reason for the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-Made Products
For custom-built automotive parts, including body kits and accessories, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate specifications and measurements.
Yugen Factory will not be held responsible for products manufactured according to the specifications provided if those specifications are incorrect. Custom made products are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend retaining proof of postage, as Yugen Factory cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 3-6 working days.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for following all installation instructions. Yugen Factory will not be responsible for damage caused during installation, and such damage will void the right to return the product.
