Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may be affected by customs, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

  • For EU orders, delivery is usually within 4–12 working days unless otherwise indicated.

Note: If delivery exceeds 30 days without prior agreement, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund (EU consumer law).


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Risk & Title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

  • Title to the products transfers to you once full payment has been received.
