2. Contract Formation

All orders placed on this website constitute an offer to purchase goods.

A contract is formed only when:

You receive an order confirmation email, and
The order is accepted and dispatched by Yugen Factory

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods.
Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and provided before purchase.
Orders are typically dispatched within 6–8 working days.
Delivery within the EU is generally completed within 4–12 working days unless otherwise stated.

Some items may have extended delivery times. If delivery exceeds 30 days without prior agreement, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund for your order, shipping cost non-refundable.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. Shipping cost non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under applicable consumer law, if goods are:

Faulty
Damaged
Not as described

You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items must be returned:

Unused
In original condition
With original packaging (where possible)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
